I bought these as a replacement. I must say that I am very impressed by these headphones.
Pros:
1) The Sound. The bass is nice and tight. The highs could be a little better, but overall the sound quality is excellent
2) Great fit. They come with a multitude of different earbuds to suit a wide range of ear sizes. I have ran with these in, and they do not fall out. Definitely very nice.
3) The cord. I have had headphones that would pick up sound as the cord ran across the fabric of my clothes. These do not do that. The cord also lays flat on most surfaces, and I have yet to have them tangle up once.
4) Comes with a little carrying case. Unnecessary feature, but it is nicer than just chucking them in the drawer.
